"I hereby come to warmly recommend the Sha'ar Hashamaim Institutions in the holy city of Beth-el, may it be rebuilt speedily in our days, amen.
The great merit and importance of learning and repetition of the Torah by the tinokot shel beit rabban is well known, and this advice and council has been beautifully augmented in their institution, establishing the yoke of Torah and yiras shamaim in the greatest possible way, in fulfillment of the verse: "Out of the mouths of babes and sucklings hast Thou founded strength" (Psalms 8:3).
It is a great mitzvah to help and assist them in a generous and charitable fashion.
May those that help and assist them be blessed with all good things, spiritual and physical, children, life and ample sustainance. Amen, ken y'hi ratzon."
